How much more could you achieve if you knew what 'good' looked like - and how to get there?

Achieving goals in complex times begins with understanding what success looks like – and then developing a plan to make it a reality.

We work with you to define, design, deliver and uncover value in your context.

We offer strategic consulting services that combine evaluation, facilitation, and education design approaches with agile, change management and adaptive leadership tools.

Ways we can help

Evaluation + Research

What is happening? How good is it? Was it worth the investment or lost alternatives? What does this mean we should do now?

Digital Facilitation

How do I engage my team, audience or learners online? How can I reimagine this activity using technology? Where do I start with online?

Educational Design and Technology

How can I ensure my team or audience learn this skill or concept? How do I build this for online? What's a good technology option?

Service Design

Where do we start? How can we ensure the best possible experience? How do I find and fix the problems? How can we apply best practice from others?

New in 2022:
Presenting and Facilitating Online

Struggling to get engagement and outcomes in a Teams meeting or Zoom webinar? Need to transform a face-to-face workshop into a blended or fully-online format?

We can help with: 1:1 consultations, dedicated workshops (individual or group), and “cheat sheet” resources.

Whether you’re brand new or looking to go to the next level, let us bring over 10 years of experience facilitating online to your meeting, presentation, or workshop.

The key to success comes from intentionality: in how we design, develop, deliver and understand the impact of an experience.
